Assalamualaikum, how are you, my friends? Greetings from the bottom of my heart to every member of this platform. I am Umm Jerin Sayyera. My username is @sairazerin.I am writing from Brahmanbaria Medical College Hospital Ghatura, Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh.
I am new to this platform, I just added myself here a few days ago. Since joining, I see that the Steem for Bangladesh community is organizing some kind of competition almost every time. It is a golden opportunity for new users like me. Moreover, every team member of the Steam for Bangladesh community is very skilled, young, and creative-minded. Those who are not to be mentioned are, Admin @ripponsyar0630, Moderator @Enamul71, and Moderator @mostofajaman. They are very helpful full minded people. Every Friday Heng Aud calls my new star and helps them in all matters. Especially if anyone has any problem in the post, he finds it out and explains it in a very nice way. Which I like very much. I am a medical student, we have to draw our pictures constantly. Also, I draw a picture of Bingaan from SSC. So today I will present to you one of my drawings. I love drawing since childhood. I enrolled in art school and learned hard. Later, when the pressure of studying increased, I stopped going to art school. But I sat down to draw when I had time. When I saw that there was an opportunity to draw in this contest, I took out time to draw despite being busy. My skill is drawing.
Supplies I've used for this project:
- Canvas paper
- Acrylic paint (blue, white, yellow)
- Synthetic paint brushes
Step one: I used a dark blue color and started painting the sky.
Step two: I made a gradient with dark to light blue and gradually mixed white with blue to get the desired shades. A mop brush was used during the process.
Step three: I started making the cloud shapes with white acrylic paint and a Filbert brush. I made sure that the cloud shapes were not too controlled to make them more realistic.
Step four: I then made a gray color by mixing white, blue, and yellow paint. In order to make a warmer-toned blue more yellow paint and to make a cool-toned gray more blue paint will be required.
Step five: I added depth with gray paint using a detailing brush keeping the light source in mind.
Step Six: Finally, I added finishing touches to the painting and my semi-realistic cloud drawing was complete.
