I am @saravanann from India, Tamilnadu State. This is my first post for the in our #Steemforbangladesh I would like to thank @steem4bangladesh for conducting this contest and give an opportunity for me to participate in this Steemit engagement challenge season 6 week 2 contest in the title of "I Am a Teacher". I am going to share my experience in teaching.

Now I am going to explain all the above tips in few words which was done in my life. Mainly I am going to explain the teaching experience in the college days. I was an pleasent day for me I got more teacher but my best and friendly teacher. I got in my college life is my best friend. In all the subject he is an teacher for me in some portion and I am also an teacher for him in some portion. Another thing that I want to tell you all guys he is also an Steemit user his I'd is @shravana.

Yes I had teach for living they are my friend, my sister daughter. In college days we didn't study for every day. We enjoyed all the days when the exam Time table is given. Then only we start to read. In our college we had studied for exam at previous half-day. For example: of the exam is at afternoon we start our study at the morning only.
Our teachers give important questions for us. Then we split it. I study my part and he will study another part. If there are so many questions we will include another friend with us. After completing our study then we will teaching them others what we have study. In our gang @shravana is the topper so that if I have an doubt I will definitely ask him he will explain very well. Then I will explain what I had studied. Not only in studies I had teach game to my junior students especially I had teach hockey game to my junior students.
What challenges have you faced as a teacher? |

The first challenge is noise. In our class we are totally 36 peoples are there. All of them are studied at some time so that there are so many noise are produced in that class. It is the main struggle challenge for me.
Interruption is the next struggle which I had got while teaching. We I had teaching to my one friend. At the time another friend will interact with him or distribute me to reach him also.
Meaning is also an another challenge for me. I accept that I don't know all the meaning for all the words. If I got struggle in that time . The google is help me to explain and to find the meaning for all the unknown words.
Speed is the another challenge for me. While explaining an answer to my friend I do not have capacity to explain the answer as much as fast. If I explain as fast then I will get struggle to explain the correct meaning.
What professional development opportunities have you pursued to improve your teaching practice? |

Every time my father told me an sentence it is '' practice makes a man perfect. I had followed this sentence. In studies When I had studied an answer for an question then I will create an shortcuts to remember it then with the help of those shortcuts I will revise all the questions maximum for every question I will try to create an shortcuts to remember answer. In some time I had created an shortcuts for the answer to other departments students they are my roomates.

I like to create an friendly teaching only. I don't like harsh teaching. So that I follow only friendly teaching. When we teaching them friendly then they will also interact with me if tell any worng meaning means my friend will tell the correct information for me.

Yes I accept that in present world the higher education wish is very important and also and expensive in this world so everyone should study higher education. The education is also backbone of our countries. There is a saying in our town. It means that the learned is the size of a hand, the unstoned is the size of the world. Nowadays our government give scholarship to the poor people to continue their education.
