Different experience of fish market.

Today, I will share with you a different experience of mine. As many of you know, those living in hostels must do market one day. Since my roommate had to go to the fish market, I went with her. This was the first time I went to the fish market. Then I went to the nearby market and was surprised by how many Fish there were. And everyone was so busy spending time that no one had time to look at anyone.

Fish is available in the market; on the other hand, chicken is a dry market, and another is a raw market with different types of vegetables. However, I will talk only about your meal's fish market. I was shocked when I went to the fish market, but the first thing I saw was two giant cuttlefish.

These Fish were the biggest in the market, but we would not buy these Fish. We would purchase roe fish, so we left the katal fish behind and went to roe Fish here. I saw that almost all the shopkeepers had rui Fish, but the rui fish were not of one size but of different sizes, and their prices were also different.

So we bought three kilos of roo fish from there. After buying roo fish, we went to small Fish, but there were different types of Fish. I did not know that there are so many varieties of small Fish. When I went to buy small Fish, I saw different kinds of Fish. We bought two types of Fish: small Fish, which I like very much, and shrimp fish, which I also like very much.

As we purchased prawns, we bought a gourd along with it because no one doesn't like gourd prawns, and I like them very much. So after buying the shrimp gourd, we went to the dried Fish. Shutki Fish: Of course, more or less everyone knows there are different types of Shutki fish, but many of you know that Chapa Shutki of Mymensingh is famous all over Bangladesh.

So we bought Loita Chutki and took it with us Chapa Chutki. Chapa Chutki is one of my favourite Chutki as I live in Jamalpur, and I didn't know Chapa Chutki before. After coming here, I got to know Chapa Shutki and one of my favorite dishes is Mymensingh Chapa Shutki. Although we buy different types of dried Fish today, many of us do not know how much Fish fulfils our dietary needs. Fish is one of our nutritional sources, so we need to eat Fish every day.

Fatty Fish, such as salmon, trout, and sardines, are particularly rich in omega-3 fatty acids. However, it's essential to be mindful of potential contaminants like mercury, especially in larger predatory Fish. Pregnant women and young children should be cautious about their fish consumption and opt for low-mercury Fish.Fish in your diet can provide many nutrients and health benefits.

Aiming for at least two servings of Fish per week is generally recommended to reap these advantages.
