How are you all I hope everyone is well and healthy by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am also well and healthy with your prayers. Yesterday I went to visit my sister's house. I went there and cooked a lot of semai. So I thought to share this semai recipe with you. Hope you all will like it inshallah. So let's get started.
laccha semai recipe
Today I am going to share Lachha Semai recipe with you. Lajya semai is one of my favorite food. So whenever I go to my sister's house I make it myself and feed everyone and I eat too. I will share this recipe with you in a very simple way. So below is what I need to make this recipe.
Necessary Materials

| Laccha semai | 1 packet |
| Milk | 1 kg |
| sugar | as much |
| Salt | to taste |
| Cardamom | Four to five |
| Bay leaves | three to four |
| Raisins | 10 to 12 |
First I will cook the milk well in a pot on the stove. Then I will add cardamom, salt and bay leaves.
After that I will cook for some time. I will reduce the flame of the stove so that the milk does not fall. After a while I will add sugar to it and cook it for a while with some raisins.
Now I will put the semai from the packet in a bowl. After boiling my milk well, I will take it off the stove and cool it slightly.
After that I will pour milk in the middle of the semai. Then I will put some raisins on top of the semai.
My recipe for today is laccha semai.

I have made this recipe very simply. Anyone can make this recipe very easily. This recipe does not require much trouble or time to prepare. This recipe can be prepared when guests suddenly come to the house or in the afternoon meal list.
