By discussing the content of this competition we can give people a message about the evils of suicide. I think this is a public awareness contest. In today's world, the trend of suicide is increasing day by day.

The incidence of suicide is highest among teenage boys and girls. As you shared your friend, if parents get a little angry with children, they tend to kill themselves. Your childhood friend's suicide is very sad. May Allah grant patience to your friend's parents.

Do you think suicide is the last resort? Share your own opinion: Suicide is a problem. It cannot solve any problem. Asking for help and support is crucial when you are feeling overwhelmed or hopeless or alone. Share your problems with your friends or relatives to deal with difficult situations.

Are there any incidents that you have seen or heard of? What do you think the reason behind this incident ?: There is an event in my life that has had a great effect on my life. My father lived this path of suicide when I was very young. Which has had a big effect on me and my family. Which I can still understand.

The effect on a family when a man chooses to commit suicide can only be understood by those with whom it happens. This had the biggest effect on me and my mother. There was no major reason for my father's suicide. He was angry with his own parents and this happened. Anger destroys the sense power of our brain. So one should control one's way. If you don't control your anger, it can lead you to suicide.

It is important to remember that suicidal thoughts are a sign of depression and loneliness. This is not a character flaw. It is essential for us to provide support and compassion to anyone struggling with suicidal thoughts. I'm sharing ways to help someone struggling with suicidal thoughts.

• I have to listen to him without any judgement. It is important to listen to the person without judgment. Because you have to help him mentally. For this, your friend should treat the product with stains so that he can share all the problems with you.

• Then I will explain to him that suicide can never be a solution. And these thoughts come only from a sick brain. So I would encourage them to seek professional help. I would encourage the individual to seek professional help from a therapist or counselor and I would refer him or her to a professional therapist on my own responsibility if necessary.

• I will offer her emotional support. Remind the person of his possibilities. Defeat is not the end. The real purpose of life is to stand up. Remind him of all the possibilities he has. So that he comes out of suicidal tendencies and instills in him the will to live.

• If the person has any means of self-harm, such as pills or weapons, I will try to remove them from the environment.

• Nurture positive emotions: Encourage the person to cultivate positive emotions like forgiveness, gratitude
