At the outset I would like to thank the honorable admin @ripon0630. To make this unique contest . I got a new experience in life by participating in this competition. Which was very surprising. Working on this platform I am constantly experiencing multiple experiences that make me happy all the time.

Let's share the first cooking experience of my life through the question and answer of this competition. I have done small cooking before. I didn't grow up like this. I wouldn't be able to do it today if my mother didn't help me. I cooked Polaw and chicken with the help of my mother.

What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood ?

I believe that the positive effects of food choice on mood result. But I am not much involved in cooking food. But I know the subject. Because sometimes we are sad. Our mothers cook our favorite food for us when we are angry. To make us feel better.

If you are a mother then surely you cook your child's favorite food every now and then to break his temper. Every mother is more or less familiar with this experience.

My mother is no exception. When I am upset or I am angry for some reason, he cooks me my favorite food.

But today's cooking is not done to make me sad. I tried cooking to participate in this competition. Although my mother helped me with most of the cooking.



What is the process for making it? (share the steps )

We all know that milk is used to cook Polao. But I don't like the smell of milk when using milk. And because I wanted to cook it very easily, I cooked it with only rice, water, salt, onion, sugar, and spices.

Cooking was very easy for me. Because as much rice as you have to give, you have to give twice as much water. And if you keep it on medium flame for some time with the amount of masala laban, it will be ready in some time.

But I had to struggle a bit while cooking the chicken. Because it was cooked in a clay oven. I took the meat out of the fridge and put it in ice water. Tokhan Amai and my mother cut the pickled onions and garlic and prepare them.

Heat the oil well with oil in a pan and then leave the necessary spices in the oil. Then, if they are light brown in color, the meat should be left in it.

Then mix the spices well with the meat. So that the spices are well mixed in the meat. When the spices are well mixed with the people. The meat should be boiled well with enough water. Then there is medium for a while if you fake it. The meat will be cooked. As this was my first experience in life. I was really enjoying it while cooking.



What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?

When I need this dish right away but don't have the ingredients to make it, I can do two approaches. I can buy the necessary ingredients from the market and cook it at home.

Secondly, there is a restaurant near my house where I can go and buy the food. Guess I'll adopt this second friend. I think I will get it in no time.

As the distance from my house to the restaurant is not much. I think I'll take the second approach. Then I will go to the restaurant and order food and eat it. This food is always available in the restaurant



Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?

Of course I would recommend others to eat their favorite foods to improve their mood. Because the food we like has a positive effect on our mood.

We are accustomed to this rule since childhood. You may remember those childhood memories. Now you stay angry at home. Your father used to bring you favorite food from outside the house. And after seeing that food you would feel better.

People are used to habits. This habit has a positive effect on our brain even after we grow up. When your favorite food comes in front of you, your mind automatically becomes better. Anger subsides. So I would encourage others to eat their favorite foods to improve their mood.
