how are you all I hope you are well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today I am going to participate in a new contest brought by @enamul17 vai moderator from “Steem for Bangladesh.” The name of the contest is 📢 Contest-Do you think suicide is the last resort?
You have gifted us a very timely contest. For that, @Enamul bhai must be thanked. I feel honored to participate in this contest. Now I am my Expressing opinion.

Introduction: -

Suicide is a very small word. But the magnitude is huge. Suicide is a matter of shame in our society, it is not a matter of honor. In the family where suicide occurs, the society does not see them in a well.
The disaster comes to that family. Why did he choose the ugly way like suicide? Who did this work to get rid of the pain? Or create a new suffering in the form of suicide?
Let's discuss this a bit.

Do you think suicide is the last resort? Share your own opinion.

From a religious point of view, suicide is a great sin. There is no excuse for whoever chooses this way of sin. And suicide can never solve any problem.
According to me, suicide is cowardice, spinelessness, and lack of education.
How many problems we have to face constantly if the current society continues? There is no such thing as my opinion must be the same as another person's opinion. What is good for me may not be good for another person.
My thinking may not be the same as someone else's. There can be disagreement in any matter. It can be disagreement with parents, brothers and sisters.

Disagreement with love, lack of understanding between lovers etc.
In any case, no matter what danger comes, one must face the adverse situation with strong morale and strong confidence. If I can do that, victory will surely come.
But suicide like a coward is not a solution after seeing the adverse situation. We have to face any situation.

Are there any incidents that you have seen or heard of? What do you think the reason behind this incident?

I have seen cowardice like suicide in my life. I was studying honors in Jagannath University. Some of my friends were from Noakhali district. One of them was named Aman. He loved a girl. The girl's family arranged her marriage at a different place. My friend went home and asked the girl to come with him. The girl refused to come to trouble her parents. The girl got married at another place.

That night due to emotions, my friend took many sleeping pills at once. He was rushed to the hospital. But he died before reaching the hospital.
None of us could accept it. We could not believe that Aman could do such a thing.
In this incident, the friend's family was completely destroyed. None of us can blame the girl. Because in our society, parents still decide the marriage of their children.
We all agreed that what our friend had done was nothing but stupid.

How do you motivate those broken people to come back from the suicidal path to make their lives better?

It has already been said that suicide cannot solve any problem. I would say to those who are suicidal or thinking:-

• Life is a battlefield, here you have to struggle constantly. Don't think of running away from here. Face any situation with a strong mind.
• Online counseling with Psychiatrist if felt necessary.

• If you don't get a solution there, you will immediately consult a psychiatrist.
• Abstain for some days from the problem due to which you wanted to commit suicide.

• For a few days, he went outside with his family. The open environment of the outside brings peace to the mind.
• Create patience, tolerance, compassion, and love for food in the mind.
• Besides, you can spend time with books, sports, or something entertaining.
• Try to take everything naturally.
• The most important thing is to create confidence in my mind that I will face this problem, not commit suicide like a coward.
• If this is possible then the tendency to suicide can be expected to be greatly reduced.

Conclusion

The tendency to commit suicide is created from a weak mental state. So, we have to simply accept everything in our hostile environment.
I hope this will stop the tendency to suicide. No family should have to face such an undesirable situation.
