After parents, brothers, and sisters, the closest person is a friend. A friend is a person with whom you can share everything. You can share your good and bad things. Friends are happiness, where there are friends there are tides of happiness. Where there are friends there is a touch of youth. Where there are friends there are well-wishers. Where there are friends there is a good mentor. In short, a friend means the companion of everything. Everything meets in friendship.

We all need friendship. No man does not have friends. The number of some friends maybe more, and the number of friends may be less. But we have friends. Because we need friends. I think a little deeply, that I don't have any friends, and I don't need friends.
What is seeing? What did we think without a friend? Can I go without friends?
The answer will be no. Because no one can live without friends.
Because friendship is so useful that it cannot be ended.

• You are in study and need a friend to talk about your studies.
• You will spend time gossiping, you need friends.
• You will work, and you need advice from friends.
• You want to travel, you need friends to keep you company.

I have got many true friends in my life. They have contributed a lot to my life.
I present one such true friend here.

My best friend Manik.

My friend's name is Manik Mia. I met him 10 years ago today. Slowly I grew close to him. Within a year my relationship with him became so close that we could not live without each other. The family also grew closer. There were no hidden things between us. He used to share all his words with me, I also shared all my words with him.
But three years ago today, he died suddenly. He died in his sleep at night. We were together till 11 o'clock the night before he died.
I still remember him as my best friend.
Also, Shahidul Islam and Farooq Ghazi, Motahar Sikdar are my dearest friends. They are also very dear to me.
