Recipe|| My favorite home made delicious vhuna khichuri with beef.

how are you all? I hope you are well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today is 15.8.2023. Today is National Mourning Day and a public holiday. The sky is also cloudy, it seems that it will rain. Of course, it is raining every day now. My babies wanted to eat khichuri. So, I decided that today I will make khichuri. And I will give my wife a break from cooking. So, let's see how I cook healthy roasted beef khichuri at home.

Ingredients: -
MaterialsQuantity
Beef3/4 kg.
Polao Rice1/2 kg.
Moog Dal1/4 kg.
Chili powder3 teaspoons.
Turmeric powder4 teaspoons.
Coriander1teaspoon.
Cumin pastes3 teaspoons.
Ginger + garlic paste5 tea spoons.
Long6 pieces.
Cardamom5 pieces.
Cinnamon4 pieces.
Salt6 teaspoons.
Green chili8-10 pieces.
Soybean oil1/4kgs

Method of preparation: -

First, 3/4 kg of beef is washed properly. Mix the washed meat with 1/4 bowl of onion, 3 spoons of chili powder, 3 spoons of turmeric powder, 1 spoon of coriander, and 3 spoons of onion and garlic paste.

Put 1/4 bowl of soybean oil in a pot. When the oil gets a little hot, add some onion. When the onions are fried, add the mixed meat to the pot. Burn the meat on medium heat. Burn the meat for 20-25 minutes, the meat will be cooked by this time.

Now cut some potatoes in the minced meat.
When the potatoes are cooked, put the meat pan down.

Now mix well with 1/4 kg Moog dal and 1/2 kg polao rice.
Wash the mixed rice and dal and let the water drain.

Put 1/4 bowl of soybean oil in a pot. When the oil gets a little hot, add some onion. and fry it for a while.

Now add 5 black peppers, 4 bay leaves, 4 long, 5 cardamom, 4 cinnamon to the washed rice.

Now add rice to half-fried onions.
Now add 2 spoons of turmeric and pour the meat into the rice mixture.

Mix rice and meat well and add hot water to it.
Add enough water and burn on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes.

When the water dries up, see if the rice is cooked.
When the rice becomes clean, I will take it down

Now put some onion, pepper and lemon on the khichuri. It will increase the taste of the food.

Conclusion:-
I am not a professional chef. But since my childhood, I have been cooking a little bit. My children also like my cooking. I try to do something for them on holidays. Today's Khichuri cooking is a continuation of that.
