I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of Allah. I am also very well with your prayers. Today I will share with you the recipe for Sour-Jhal-Sweet Lemon and Kagnar Chutney. Hope you will like the recipe.

First I will share the lemon recipe. Dear friends, you know that lemon is a tasty food even though it is sour to eat. Which increases the taste of our mouth many times. Lemon contains vitamin C, which acts as an antioxidant in our body and increases immunity. And reduces the risk of cancer. So we need to eat more lemons.

I asked my husband to fetch lemons from the market for lemon chutney. He brought me 15 lemons. From there I cut 2 big lemons. I seasoned them with 2 dry roasted chillies, salt, garlic, mustard oil and little tamarind.My lemon chutney was made by mixing everything with lemon like this.The lemon chutney was very fun to eat.Dear friends, you can also make and eat this sour jhal lemon chutney.

Kagana refers to banana peel. This chutney is very tasty. A very favorite chutney of my nuns. He wanted to eat this chutney for a long time.
So I cut the banana pulp from the banana tree today. Then I washed the dagurs well. Then I thin them well and cut them into wheels. Then I washed these cut dagurs nicely.

Then after washing the banana slices, I added five dry chillies, some salt, some jaggery and some turmeric. I also added mustard oil.

After giving everything, I first mixed the dry fried chillies with salt and then mixed the chillies with it. Then I mixed everything well with mustard oil and jaggery.

And this is how my sour-sweet-sour kagna chutney was made. You can also try. Hope you like it very much. Adding tamarind to any chutney increases its taste.

Village girls love to eat this kagna chutney. So we also like to eat this chutney sometimes. You can eat if you want. I hope you will like it.
