I hope everyone is doing well. By the grace of Allah with your prayers I am also very well. Today I am going to share with you a special Sour-Jhal-Sweet hog plum Chutney recipe.Hog plum has many benefits. Beetroot can be eaten raw and chutney can also be eaten. Hog plum contains protein, calcium and vitamin C. Which keeps our body weight under control and increases the taste in the mouth many times.Now I will share with you how I made hog plum chutney.

I have a hog plum tree. From that tree I picked many hog plums to make chutney.Hog plum pickle is very tasty to eat. Don't understand if you don't eat. If you eat it, you will understand that this hog plum chutney is a lot of fun.

After that I cut the hog plums well and washed them. Now boil the hog plum well with turmeric and water.

After that I roasted dhuna to make hog plum chutney. Then roasted some cumin seeds. After that I fried the dal telani masalas well.

Then I roasted some dry red chillies to add to the chutney.

Then I grind these fried spices well.A very fragrant scent came out after masala batter.

Next I brought jaggery to sweeten the chutney. From there I cut some jaggery into small pieces and added it to the chutney.

Finally, my Tok Jhal Sweet hog plum Chutney was made by mixing sweet and sour spices with hog plum.Among the chutneys, one of my
favorite chutneys is hog plum chutney.
