Spending a Holiday and Eating my Favorite Food.
Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Hope everyone is living well and healthy. Today was the 15th of August. Today is my public holiday. Because today is the national mourning day of Bangladesh. So all day today I spent time at home with my family. I basically look forward to my holidays. Because I have to spend time outside the house 5 days a week so my joy knows no bounds when I get some time off.
Anyway, in the morning I was in no rush to wake up early so I woke up a little late. As today is a holiday, no one has office. Everyone will be at home so today Parota is made for breakfast. Everyone in my family loves to have bread for breakfast. Because it is unhealthy to eat Parota in the morning. And the paratha is accompanied by my mother's handmade special vegetables.
Then we all had breakfast together at the dining table. While having breakfast, my mother asked everyone what will be cooked in the lunch menu? Since today everyone is at home and there is no plan to go out. So we decided to cook the biryani. I didn't give that much consent though. Because two days ago I ate rich food in the office. But what else to do! Since everyone in the house is agreeing, I also agreed.
After having breakfast, I chatted with my sisters for a while. In between, a call came from a delivery man. Said to receive the phone, I have a parcel from Daraz. Daraz is an app to do online shopping. I ordered an air phone a few days ago. That is what I received from the delivery man.
I bought the same Air Phone earlier. But my pet cat has bitten it and destroyed it. Its sound quality is very good so I re-ordered. Its Bangladeshi price and Steem price are presented below:

After that, the time passed and the afternoon came. After finishing all the work at hand, I see mother preparing lunch in the dining room. Immediately I also helped my mother. Today's menu has cooked beef biryani as mentioned earlier. I can really cook very well. My mother is very skilled in all biryani cooking. She cooks everything with his own hands with great care.

Beef Biryani I had with onion, chilli and lemon. So that its taste is doubled when eating it. And there were 7 up. Love to drink soft drink 7 up with Amar Richfood. Anyway, all in all, today's dinner was great And for that I thank my mother a lot.
I took a long nap after having lunch. After waking up in the afternoon, I saw laccha stitches being made for the afternoon snack for everyone. Lachcha semai is my father's favorite. Basically the main ingredients are milk, sugar and semai. Lachcha semai is made by first mixing sugar with milk and then putting the semai on top. This semai is made in the simplest process I think compared to other semai.

After that I sit down to do my own online work in the evening. My sister brought me a juice after almost being busy with her work for a long time. I would say that a new fruit juice shop has been given in our market. This mint leaf juice has been procured from there. Although I have never drunk this mint leaf juice. My sister told me it was for testing. After I drink it I feel quite good. The taste of the mint leaf juice was a bit sour sweet type. Creates a different level of flavor.

However, by the time I finished working on my laptop, it was almost 11 pm. Lately I have been skipping dinner due to my health issues. Then I thought to share this holiday today with you. Although my blog today is a sort of food blogging based on my day-to-day activities. But I thoroughly enjoyed today's meals throughout the day. I hope to come back another day with another day's activity. Stay tuned till then.
