Assalamu Alaikum friends. My greetings to you all. Today I will participate in a beautiful contest organized by my beloved community Steem For Bangladesh which is organized by the respected moderator of the community @mostofajaman brother. The Subject of the competition is "My favorite community". Today I will share with you about my favorite community, community admin and moderator and my work experience with my favorite community as per the competition.

Enter the name of your favorite community and write about its admin moderators?

My favorite community is called Steem for Bangladesh. This is because I first started my Steemit journey through this community. Working with Steem for Bangladesh Community since getting verified on Steemit. So my love and support will always be with this community. I am always hopeful that my dear Steam for Bangladesh community will continue to improve.

I have presented below about the Admins and Moderators of the Steem for Bangladesh community and my experience working with them.

Respected Admin of Steem for Bangladesh community is @ripon0630 Brother. His contribution to my steemit life is the most. I think he is a qualified admin for this community and a qualified Country Representative of Bangladesh. He always presents his work clearly and his dedication to his work on Steemit platform is really commendable. He is very sincere in guiding all the community users in the right direction which as a community member I am working on Steemit platform on his advice.

Another respected admin in the Steem for Bangladesh community is @msharif Brother. It is truly commendable that he is a successful Country Representative of Bangladesh in addition to being a competent administrator. I was blown away by her contribution to Steemit. Not only on Steemit, but his contribution to the community of Steem for Bangladesh is undeniable. He exemplified his work ethic and vision. I am inspired by your efforts to make our Steem for Bangladesh community reach the pinnacle of development.

Another respected moderator of Steem for Bangladesh is @solaymann Brother who has made a special place on the Steemit platform with a lot of love and hard work for his community. Not only me but all users of this community will agree that everyone is impressed with your work. The way you interact with everyone with sincerity is really commendable. You solve the problems of all the users of the community with great sincerity. His amazing work ethic and skills have helped a lot in opening the door to development for our community.

@mostofajaman who is very skilled moderator of Steem for Bangladesh. From the day I got to know him, I have seen his significant contributions to the community. I have always seen him encouraging all users to be active. He always strives to bring the community to a better place. Which is a very commendable thing indeed.

First of all we want to know through whom or how you came to the steemit platform?

I got to know about this platform through an online course last year. It was said that you have to write about different content on this platform. After listening to them I became interested in this platform. After that I know more details about it from YouTube. Then I decided not to work here. I join steemit platform in September/2022. At first I wasn't very active. Because I did not understand anything then. In this case the admin of this community Ripon Brother helped me a lot. I started regular work from Dec/22 after completing my achievement 3. And with the cooperation of Ripper Brother, I started working in this community.

Write about how your favorite community would work better?

The Steem for Bangladesh community can work well in a number of ways. To move the community to a better footing, there are a few things involved. For example:

• First of all, admins and moderators need to keep a planned community going. So that the community can sustain its success. However, they are always planning for this task.
• In order to retain the users' account, it is necessary to organize contests in the community regularly.
• Providing support to users through post quality and inventory.
• Encouraging new users through more and more support.
• All the users of the community should have a spirit of mutuality and helping each other.

Any online meeting is held in your favorite community?

Yes, since I have been working with Steem for Bangladesh community, I have seen an online meeting at least once a month. Every meeting organized by the community is very important to me. Because when the meeting is organized, the community admins and moderators discuss various issues related to Steemit with great importance. Explain us very seriously how we can move to a good position on Steemit.

Also in the meeting other topics were discussed like: Post Quality, Voting CSI, user activity, Engagement, Steemit's various keys and gave us various ideas about its security. Due to which other users in the community including myself benefit a lot. I thank the admins and moderators for taking so much time in the meeting to give us important direction and provide unique perspectives to the community.

Does your favorite community admin help you with any issues on the steemit platform?

yes, of course. The Steem for Bangladesh community admins are extremely helpful. I have contacted them whenever I have had a problem or had trouble understanding something. They never ignored me because I was a new user. I have always been helped by the admins. Community admins' cooperative attitude is really commendable. They try hard enough to help every user as well as provide proper guidelines.

Conclusion

Finally I want to say that my best wishes to Steam for Bangladesh as my beloved community. I will always be there to improve the community. As this is the community of my country Bangladesh.
