Assalamu Alaikum, how are you? I am fine by the grace of Allah. Today I will participate in a contest organized by the Steem For Bangladesh community by @steem4bangladesh. The central theme of which is About your relationship with your loved one. I will share all the little things related to my love, affection, feelings, understanding, etc., with my experience.

How do you express love and affection for each other?

Love and affection are two inseparable parts that we can express through our feelings. We express love sincerely to affection, and affection is our feeling of affection. Love is the feeling of liking and caring that we call affection. This is very important in both our romantic and family life. Through affection, we express affection for one another. The word love creates a tender connection between the person I love and me. The importance of love and affection depends on both of us because we show each other our love, lifestyle, preferences, and experiences. Here's how I express my love and affection:

1. Through sincerity towards each other :

We always try to treat each other honestly. Try to understand our love languages. We compliment her words or body gestures and show sincerity towards her so that my love and affection feel right to her.

2. Keep the love alive :

I try to keep our love alive by meeting him now and then. This makes our love stronger. We express our affection for each other through affection. We can express our feelings in it very quickly.

3. By giving gifts :

Sometimes, I can express my love to people by giving them gifts. It often reveals the unsaid—gift by inside note or gift card. Often we cannot express our love and affection to our loved ones, so gifts are a great way to express our love and affection.

What are some of your favorite memories together?

I have many memories with my loved ones that will never be forgotten. These old memories deepen our love and strengthen our relationship. As the days go by, we frame our memories more and more. Anyway, sharing some of my favorite memories with him.

• At the beginning of our relationship, he lived in Chittagong because of his studies, and I used to live in Dhaka. Then he used to come to Dhaka on vacation. And I would wait for him at the railway station on the day that came. He liked me to wait for him. Those days were excellent because waiting for a loved one is also an expression of love. So the memories are still intact.

• The second memory is that on my birthday, at midnight in the night, he came downstairs to my house and gave me a surprise with a bunch of roses. He surprised me that day.
• We meet when we have time. Sometimes on weekends or sometimes after office holidays. But our common meeting place is TSC, Dhaka University. Many of our memories are involved there. We used to visit every place in TSC and still do. He says after our marriage, we will visit here with our kids too and I smile.

There are so many memories that can never be finished. Every moment spent with a loved one remains a memory in our life that we deeply feel.

What have you learned from your relationship? How do you handle disagreements?

I have learned a lot from my relationship. I am presenting to you my experience of sustaining a beautiful relationship.

What I learned from my relationship :

• Communication is the key and most important aspect of interpersonal relationships because communication is the foundation of a good and strong relationship.
• The second most important is to value commitment and trust. Of course, we learned to be committed to each other and to honor our beliefs. This improves the relationship of love.
• We learned to express appreciation and gratitude to each other.
• I have learned to value the people I love in any situation.
• I have learned from my relationships how to show genuine love and respect to the people I love.

How do I handle disagreements?

Disagreement exists in all relationships, but how you deal with it matters. In case of disagreement, I will consider the pros and cons. Here's how I manage:

• Avoid heated conversations during disagreements and try to remain calm.
• I maintain respectful behavior towards him. Do not say anything disrespectful.
• Try to find the root of the problem and solve it quickly.
• Try to resolve the problem through compromise so that the relationship between the two does not deteriorate.
• Let's ensure that both people's attitudes are not undermined.
• Finally, I am always on the lookout for any situation like disagreement.

What do you do to keep the spark alive in your relationship?

Two lovers have equal responsibility to keep the spark of a relationship alive. When complex problems arise in a relationship, we should create opportunities to express our feelings to each other without creating distance between us. After that, discuss the issues constructively and commit to saving your relationship together. Respecting each other's needs and having an open dialogue are essential. Because to keep the spark alive in a healthy relationship, we need to respect our loved ones, their needs, and their feelings.

I must take care of my partner. We have to trust him, and this will increase our trust in each other. We usually Spend as much time as possible with each other. In this way, we can keep the spark of the relationship alive by constantly showing love to our partner.

What are some meaningful ways you use to connect with your partner?

Healthy emotional intimacy is the foundation of a beautiful relationship. This requires good connectivity. I always feel the feeling of closeness and a good connection with the people I love. Because it helps me build trust and security toward him. I am always on the phone to connect with my partner. We always talk on phone calls or on video calls. We also exchange messages or pictures with each other through various social media.

How do you keep communication open and honest?

The key to keeping my communication open and honest with the people I love is that stay true to my values and express my feelings in a way that helps me build better relationships and bring out relationship strengths. The more open and honest I can be with her, my relationship will be stronger. Keeping communication open and honest requires mutual understanding, each other's opinions, interests, and respect. Being honest is the best way to resolve our issues as quickly as possible.
