Assalamualaikum at the beginning to my steemit friends. Happy Ramadan, Ramadan. I hope everyone is doing well in this holy month of Ramadan. We all know we need delicious and healthy food during Ramadan. With that in mind, I will share a delicious and nutritious recipe today. My today's recipe is called "Great Taste Fish Egg Vona."

Fish is a favorite food of all of us. And fish eggs are a favorite food of all young and old. Today I will show you a fantastic recipe with fish eggs. Keep reading my vlog.

  • chopped onion,
  • chopped coriander leaves,
  • ginger paste,
  • garlic paste,
  • cumin seeds,
  • chili powder,
  • turmeric powder,
  • green chilies,
  • salt in quantity,
  • oil for cooking etc.

STEP-1
  • First, the fish eggs should be cleaned and washed well. Onion and green chilies should be chopped.

  • Heat oil in a pan, fry the onion and green chilies and stir fry.

  • Add ginger and garlic paste (quantity) to the fried onions. Now stir with green chili powder, turmeric powder, and cumin powder.

  • Grind all the spices well. Cover with a lid with little water for a short period.

  • If the spices are finaly ground, the fish eggs should be left in them. After giving the fish eggs, they should be stirred well to be neat. Cook like this for 4-5 minutes.

  • When the fish eggs are fried, sprinkle coriander leaves on them. Mix the coriander leaves with eggs and turn off the stove.
