Mustard

Mustard is a dicotyledonous plant of the family Cruciferae. Its ovary is curved. Mustard is an oilseed crop. Mustard leaves are eaten as a vegetable.Mustard greens are popular in Bangladesh. Mustard flowers are self-pollinated, and self-pollination does not change the characteristics of the new plant that is produced. It maintains the characteristic purity of a species. It has less genetic diversity. The new plants born from this process are less adaptable, and the species soon become extinct

Winter comes back every year. It brings northerly winds and brings, with its dryness. But my heart was too much to eat mustard and the field of winter mustard flowers full of yellow. The sight of the mustard flower wrapped in a yellow sheet, the smell of that drunken air, the yellow flower's sweet scent, the yellow color of the flowers.
