I hope everyone is well. By the grace of Allah, I am very well. Today is the same as every day. I woke up in the morning, prepared tiffins for the children, and brought them to school. After coming home, all the household chores are arranged and cooked; everything is done nicely. We have a fishmonger who brings us all kinds of fish. For a few days, my children have wanted to eat crabs.
So today I asked the fishmonger to bring some crabs, and then the fishmonger came to our house after some time and gave us crabs. My son and daughter all love crabs. After obtaining the crabs, I soaked the crabs in water for a long time. After soaking in water for a long time, all the dirt inside the crabs was coming out. I gave it, cleaned it well with salt several times and washed it with water.
I always fry crabs for kids. They love fried crabs. After cleaning the crabs, I put ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, and salt on them and leave them for half an hour. After marinating, I put the frypan on the stove and pour oil. When the oil is hot, I release the crabs and fry them until they are crispy. When the crabs turn red, they will be well-cooked. When it is crisp, take them out on a plate.
I always make crab fry for kids like this, and kids have fun playing with crab fry. I don't like it much; I never eat it, but kids like it so much that I sometimes make this dish at home. Moreover, crab meat is usually salty and mildly sweet in flavour. Crabs contain many types of vitamins primarily found in the sea; they taste like fish.
