My Homemade Corn Manchurian Recipe and corn's benefits

How are you all? I hope your body and health are good by the Almighty’s grace. I am too. Not long ago we all overcame an epidemic called Corona. Because of this, we were all afraid of losing loved ones and death. On the other hand, the pandemic has taught us how important survival in life and health awareness is!

However, Corona is no longer there. There is no fear of corona now. But still, we should maintain health awareness. Nutritious food is one of health consciousness. So, we should eat healthy & nutritious food. If nutritious food is delicious then there is no point. Today I will share a nutritious and delicious (food) recipe with your community named Corn Manchurian.



Corn is a well-known food in our country. Almost all of us have eaten corn in different ways. like burnt corn, Corn Popcorn, etc. Especially the burnt corn reminds us of our childhood and childhood memories with friends. We have eaten corn as a hobby many times but many of us do not know about the nutritional value of corn.

👉🏽Corn contains a large amount of iron. It fulfills the mineral needs of our body's red blood cells.
👉🏽Reduces the risk of ammonia in our body.
👉🏽Reduces the risk of high blood pressure in our bodies.
👉🏽Phytochemicals in corn regulate insulin in the body. So, Corn is very beneficial for diabetic patients.


So it is clear that corn is very nutritious. This nutritious food can be cooked so that it is delicious to eat. I am sharing one such recipe below.

Requirements:

👉🏽Young corn.
👉🏽Cut four to five tomatoes into small pieces
👉🏽Cornflower.
👉🏽Flour
👉🏽Salt
👉🏽red chili powder
👉🏽Pepper powder
👉🏽Oil
👉🏽Sugar
👉🏽Turmeric
👉🏽Ginger


Method:

Step 11: Then I mash the roasted corns with tomatoes and keep the heat of the stove low to medium.

I continued to stir until the tomatoes were completely mixed with the corn.
