I hope you all are good and enjoying your lives. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing contest SEC-S10W6 : Share your favorite meat recipe. For this contest I'm going to share very simple and easy recipe which is my favorite too is "Beef mince kabab".
Let's start today's recipe

Mince (beef/Mutton /chicken) | 1kg |
Garlic ginger paste | 1tbsp |
Salt | 1tsp |
Red chili powder | 1tbsp |
Coriander seeds | 1tsp |
Cummin seeds | 1tsp |
Black paper powder | 1/2tsp |
Coriander leaves chopped | 4tbsp |
Green chillies | 2tbsp |
Egg | 1 |

- Take fresh beef mince and washed it properly. Keep it in strainer to remove excess water from it.
- Take out all spices in quantity according to the recipe. If you want to enhance the taste of kabab roast the cumin seeds and coriander seeds and rub it before adding in beef.
- Take out garlic ginger paste and add it to the mince.
- Chopped coriander leaves and green chillies nicely and keep it a side for mixing.
- Mixed all ingredients with mince and use your hand so all ingredients mixed well with mince.
Keep this mince at rest for some time than make patty from it.
Make pattie from all mince. You can store it in fridge for long time.
- Take some oil in a pan and fry it until it changes to brown. I usually shallow fry these kabab but you can deep fry too.
- This is the final look of kabab. Must try this recipe I'm sure you will like it.
