Better life:The Dairy game (08.09.2023) :Happy 3rd Birthday of my Daughter :A Day of Joy, Reflection, and Giving.

Despite the distance from our extended family in Dhaka, we embarked on a unique and heartwarming plan to make this day unforgettable. Our goal was to not only celebrate Seherish's birthday but also to share our happiness with those less fortunate. We chose to spend this day with orphaned children at Madrasha.

This special day fell on a holy Friday, Jummah, and the preparations began early in the morning. We coordinated with a local madrasha to arrange lunch for 50 children. As the hours passed, Seherish, our little angel, began to grasp the essence of birthdays – cake cutting and an abundance of colorful balloons. To see her radiant smile, we organized a small surprise celebration, which she adored.

In the late afternoon, Seherish's father returned with a delectable chocolate cake and a bundle of vibrant balloons. The sheer delight on Seherish's face was a testament that joy knows no bounds. It reminded us that the scale of celebration was not the key; what truly mattered was witnessing our daughter's happiness.

After the cake cutting ceremony and capturing precious moments with Seherish, we decided to dine out at the renowned "Barcode" restaurant for a special treat. Our order consisted of Seherish's all-time favorites: crispy French fries, creamy pasta, and a sumptuous seafood platter. To quench our thirst, we opted for a refreshing apple lemon iced tea and a pistachio lassi that was as creamy as it was delightful. The flavors of the dishes tantalized our taste buds, making it a day to remember.

Despite our celebration being simpler than previous years and the absence of our extended family, we found immeasurable satisfaction in organizing an event for underprivileged children. This act of kindness and giving underscored the true essence of Seherish's special day, filling it with warmth and significance.

As I reflect on this extraordinary day in my diary, my heart swells with gratitude. I pray for Seherish's long and prosperous life, and I yearn to guide her towards becoming a compassionate and empathetic individual. Today, we learned that even in simplicity, through love and selflessness, we can discover the purest form of joy.
