A busy morning.
The absence of my mother was keenly felt as I started my day by preparing breakfast, a task she usually handled with love and care. It was a poignant reminder of how her presence made everything feel just right.
I went out for some medicine and some needed grocery.
With breakfast done , I had to venture out for groceries, despite feeling a bit under the weather. I also needed to buy medicine for myself. As I completed these tasks and returned home, I juggled my regular Steemit work while looking after my kiddo, who seemed to have a never-ending list of demands.
My daughter's so called "lekhapora " while I was working on laptop. Now -a -days she learns how to take picture and this is her creative capture.
Lunchtime arrived, and I was prepare lunch and sat down to eat, the weather took an unexpected turn, and rain began to pour. I couldn't go to our rooftop to enjoy it, but I take pleasure of the raindrops splashing on my little balcony. It was a simple happiness that brought a smile to my face. While my mother had prepared chicken before leaving, I made โAlu bajiโ and โBhaatโ to complete our lunch. With each bite of lunch I couldn't help but miss her presence.

After lunch , my daughter and I took a much-needed break. The evening brought a stunning view of the sky after the rain, and we savored it while sipping on our tea.

Later in the day, a parcel arrived - it was the Anti-blue light glasses I had ordered online. My doctor recommended them as I was experiencing eye strain from working on my laptop. It was a small step towards self-care.
This glass is very helpful to protect our eyes from the harmful blue lights.
For dinner, we decided to order Chicken biryani" from the nearby "Khan Decorator and Food," a renowned place in our area. Their biryani was simply divine, and at only 120 tk per packet, it was a steal.
One of delicious and flavorful "Chicken Briyani " cost 120 BDT in Steem 7 and in TRX 14.20 appox.
Reflecting on the day, I couldn't help but realize the immense value my mother brought to our lives. Her absence had made me appreciate her sacrifices and the comfort she provided. Having her around meant a hassle-free and tension-free life.
In conclusion, a day without my mother was a day of realization. It reminded me of the profound impact she has on our daily lives, making them comfortable and easy. It's easy to overlook her contributions, but this day served as a powerful reminder of her importance.
