Our mission? To find the perfect gift for my cousin's daughter's Akika program, set to take place today. I'll be sure to fill you in on that eventful occasion tomorrow, provided the powers that be allow it.
And in this rain we went out for mandatory shopping .
So, picture this: the day before the big event. We needed a gift for the little angel, and we decided to dive headfirst into the chaos of shopping. Now, I have a confession to make – I'm a certified shopaholic. So naturally, this shopping expedition had "disaster" written all over it.

At Gulshan "Aarong" .
Our first stop was " Aarong " , where we had grand plans to pick out the perfect present. After much back-and-forth, we settled on the idea of a gold ear pin for the kiddo. But wait for it – I couldn't resist the siren call of my shopaholic tendencies. Then I went to a super shop "CSD" and started throwing items into the cart like it was a race against time! My poor husband, who usually has the wallet under lockdown, was looking like a deer caught in headlights.

Subsequently, my delightful three-year-old daughter, exhibiting the resolute mindset of an experienced consumer, expressed her desire for a fresh pair of footwear. The young individual with a keen interest in fashion expressed a strong desire to independently select a pair of shoes. It is worth noting that their preference was inclined towards the highest-priced options available. So, we left the store with the gift, my impromptu purchases, and my daughter's shoes that cost more than my monthly coffee budget.

But the fun didn't stop there, my friends. I had a brilliant idea – why not get a shirt for my husband? He was firmly against it, but come on, I'm the self-proclaimed chief of the family (cue evil laughter). Against his better judgment, we left the store with a beautiful shirt and his wallet feeling lighter.

After shopping it was our weekend family pizza fun moment at Pizza Hut.
After nearly four hours of retail exploration, we decided it was time to refuel. Our destination of choice: the ever-delicious Pizza Hut. We indulged in not one but two mouthwatering pizzas, paired with two tantalizing berry cocktails, and topped it off with a decadent Volcano chocolate cake for my daughter. The meal was a sheer delight, leaving our taste buds dancing with joy.
And Happy me with the shopping the gift for my little niece and "Elsa" shoes for my princess.
