A bliss full morning .
I was tempted by the call of a cooking adventure, and I couldn't say no. So, since it was my husband's day off, I set out to make the best beef sizzling dish. And he likes this beef cooking the best. So, we went to "SWAPNO" and got a bunch of fresh items that would help make my dream come true. Oh, what fun it is to shop for spices, vegetables, and that best cut of beef!
And the cooking preparation had started .
At SWAPNO .
As luck would have it, my mother-in-law also wanted to make a wonderful beef biryani for that day . We all had a twinkle in our eyes, so we decided to make this day a cooking competition. Who would win a battle between beef sizzle and beef biryani?
And the special luch was ready to eat .
When it was time for lunch, there was a buzz in the air with smell of delicious rich food. I had not forgotten to invited my sister-in-law to join us for our unplanned feast as her home is not so far from ours. Although the arrangement wasn't special in a formal way I would say , it was a great example of how the company of family member and great food can make even the most ordinary day into something of the greatest. My famous mother-in-law made the biryani, which was a real work of art. The beef was sizzling and giving off those enticing smells.

As we ate what we had made, the room was filled with laughter and talk. The beef sizzling got me a round of praise because it had just the right amount of flavor and heat. I couldn't help but smile when everyone complimented my cooking skills. And then there was the beef biryani. Oh, the depth of flavors, the sweet rice, and the tender beef! My mother-in-law has a fame for making great biryani in our entire family so obviously It is well deserved.

But the day did not finish there; in the evening, my husband and I went out for some quality "We" time together. We took a rickshaw ride and went to Khilgaon . After a long time ,there we tried some street food in a very short amount of time. Every corner held a new treat, from tasty bites to cold drinks. After "Fuchka",'Momos" we had a juice from heaven ,my favorite "Sugarcane" juice. That day was quite humid so after a sip of chilled "Sugarcane" juice .oh it just a pleasure with unbound word. All these things and doings making a great ending to a day that had already been amazing.

So, my dear friends, that's how a day that seemed normal turned into a symphony of tastes and shared moments. The magic of cooking brought us closer together and made us happy inside and out. Here's to trying new foods and to the simple but deep joys of sharing good food with even better people. A toast!
