Assalamu Alaikum how are you all, my dear friends? I hope you are doing well wherever you are and I am also doing well so today I am here to participate in a recipe contest.
Today, I will share a contest, the Winterpita-making Challenge, organized by Moderator @enamul17, sir. Among the different types of contests,
my recipe contests are my favorite because we prepare some recipes for our home every day. There are different types of winter pither , but I will mention any one of them here.
Today I am going to present here the complete coconut puli pitha recipe but let's know now that I need the exact ingredients what to make this recipe
๐ one whole coconut
๐as much jaggery
๐as much rice flour
๐as much oil
๐as much salt
๐as five small cardamoms
๐as cinnamon
๐like pepper and
๐seven bay leaves
two with all these ingredients I will show you step by step how to make coconut puli pitha but let's know how I make this delicious recipe First, I brought coconut from the market From there,
I bought one coconut brew and prepared to pick it You can see here my son was also busy with me in coconut husking; he was also doing this work with me very attentively However,
I prepared a whole coconut well and prepared to cook it, then put one in the oven and there I added coconut molasses and Then I gave all the spicesWait for five minutes,
then mix all the ingredients and start cooking. Then stir and keep an eye on the bottom so that it doesn't burn. Cook like this for 10 to 15 minutes, and then the cooking will be complete.
In the meantime, I took rice flour and kneaded it well with enough water and a spoonful of salt. I made big rotis with this rice flour, and there I cut it into small round bowls.
There I added the cooled coconuts in quantity, and then I pressed them with my fingers to make a puli pita size like this. I made one. After that, I made a puli pitha, and then I kept the pithas on one side and again placed it on a clean stove pan and put a little more oil in it and heated the oil completely. I then put the prepared piths one by one, and when they were fried on one side, I fried well on the other side.
Then, when the two sites of the pitha turn brown, the pithas should be carefully taken out on a plate, and then the hot pithas are ready to be served. Thus, a special and delicious winter pitha, coconut puli pitha, can be made in a very short time and with some home ingredients.
Winter means a gathering of different types of pitches, whether indoors or out. Bengalis eat different types of delicious pithas so that the taste of winter does not accumulate without pithas. One of the pithas is this coconut puli pitha. The taste and satisfaction with which people eat this pitha during the winter are not available at any other time of the year. The fun of eating this pitha during the winter is different, and any pitha made with coconut during the winter seems to be twice as enjoyable. Stay healthy, and Allah Hafez will be by our side.
I invited three of my friends.
