Now, let's learn how to use these items to make fried rice. First, thoroughly wash the polar rice with water. Then, after a bit of a while, cook it in a pot. After the vegetables are chopped into small bits, the rice should be set aside in a bowl to cool.
Transfer a clean pan to the burner. Chop the onions and add the green chillies. Add oil and fry the onion till it becomes light brown.
Remove from the heat and drizzle with oil once the onion has turned golden brown. After that, add two eggs, slice them up, and fry them well. Once the polao rice is boiled, add it to the pan and mix it thoroughly with the vegetables and eggs.
Cook everything for four to five minutes to ensure the polao rice cooks through and combines with all the ingredients.
Once cooked, cover the pan and keep it hot for two minutes. The fried rice is prepared for serving. This fried rice goes well with meats, veggies, poultry, and Chinese vegetables.
