Assalamu alaikum, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am also well today. I am here with one of my favourite recipes, the khichuri recipe. Khichuri is very good to eat during the winter, but khichuri is not only valuable for the winter. Khichuri can be eaten every day of the year and is a staple for babies because different pulses and vegetables are added. Which benefits their body structure. Today, I am presenting you with this easy khichuri.

Recipe: Let's learn how to prepare this easy khichuri recipe. First, of polar rice lentil mung dal and some vegetables should be washed and cleaned well;

Some onions and green chillies should be chopped and cleaned, and then onion and green chillies should be cooked.

Oil should be added, and a pinch of cumin seeds should be added. When the onion turns brown, pour the washed rice and dal vegetables, and add all the spices one by one: salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, Dhuna powder, ginger, and garlic paste;

Mix everything well with the rice dal and cook for a while, then pour water as measured in it, cover them with a lid, and after 8 to 10 minutes, lift the top to see that the khichuri is fully cooked.

When the khichuri are done, take them out of the oven, and the delicious khichuri is ready.

This khichuri is very good to eat hot with lemon or duck meat, but now let's know what ingredients we will need to cook this khichuri.
