  • First I take some parts of a fish like some carp and wash it well and cut it into goblet. While cutting the fish, you should check very carefully if there is any dirt inside the fish. First, clean the inside or outside of the fish.

  • Then I took some pickled onions, salt and garlic in a mortar and ground them very well. At this time, care should be taken to give some amount of water. Because if water is given, it is a little easier to grind. They should be taken to a good place after the job is done and the fish should be given there.

  • At this stage, all the masters should be taken in one place and they should be mixed and the fish should be mixed well with the spices. At this time, care should be taken that the spices inside the fish will not taste because the spices do not enter inside.

  • At this stage, a pan should be placed on the stove and enough oil should be poured. After pouring the oil, you have to wait for a while for the oil to get hot. When the oil is hot, put the fish one by one. Put the oil in such a way that the fish sinks in the oil. Very well one by one the fish will be fried there.

  • This is the last stage of frying the fish. At this stage, the fish should be fried very well so that when the color of the fish starts to turn yellow little by little, the fish should be taken out of the oil. This is how fish is usually fried and the fish I ate later turned out to be quite tasty.
