Winter comes in our country with the Pithi Puli festival. Now it would be nice to eat cake during this winter. Today I played a very favorite cake of our own. It is one of the most popular and very well known Vapa Peetha in our country Vapa batter is a very tasty meal. The palm gur is given inside this batter. Which is made from palm tree juice. Used here, atobe chaul gur and inside palm gur. A cup or small mold is boiled in a steam of hot water. This is to make this steamed cake.
Now I want to introduce you to Nimki. Names may be different in position. In our area it is called salty. Most of the time we eat this salty meal as a appetizer.It is a popular business in Bangladesh. Food in the hotel business. And this food makes this nimki in hotels after 10 am.
If you eat too much of this food and it causes acid, it is not right to eat too much. I play 2 roles. Each of which costs 10 rupees.This dish is fried in flour and extra oil.
I am slaughtering some of my baby pigeons that mom cooked.I have heard that by eating the flesh of baby pigeons the weakness of the body is reduced to a great extent. I don't know how true it is. But most of the times I have seen patients in hospitals, especially pregnant women, being fed pigeon meat.
