From my big sister's in-laws, Everyone planned to eat Hilsha from Mawa Ghat together. So they asked me to join their journey. Accordingly, I also thought of going here since I had never been there before. Who does not like to see new places?
My sister lives in Dhaka. We started from Dhaka on the way to Mawa. Get up in the morning and get ready to go out at 9 o'clock. We went by microcar.
Padma river from Shimulia ghat
We first went to Padma's Shimulia ferry ghat. It is an old ghat but very beautiful. We eat some street food like Malai Kulfi and Kadbel Makha to watch the big ferries and boats. We saw the river there for a long time and chatted. Many beautiful views can be enjoyed from this ghat. Apart from this there are many ghat here. I have been sitting here for a long time, I like this place very much.
Then we all went in search of eating Hilsha. There is no shortage of food hotels here. The hotel workers are calling people to eat on their hotel. We went to the Nirala Hotel & Restaurant. I washed my hands and started looking at the food at the hotel. How many food items are arranged? It looks good, too.
You can choose Hilsa fishes yourself. We have also selected according to our desired size and price. I saw how the fish was fried and make Bharta with Hilsha tail.
We went to the table and sat together. There were so many people that we took two big tables. The tables were filled with food items in time. We also started tasting each one. We had rice, hilsha fish fry, hilsha tail bharta, potato bharta, chilli bharta, brinjal bharta, etc. Hilsa fish with hot rice and eggplant fried and burnt dry chilli—Bengali doesn't think these things need anything else.
After eating and drinking, we went back to the car. Now, I will see the dream Padma Bridge. Approaching the bridge, I felt that I needed to see the beloved Padma River from the bridge. About which I only read in the pages of the book.
Then we paid for the tool and went up to the Padma Bridge. Bangabandhu Square was the first thing that came into view.
What a beautiful collection of plants in the dividers! There are so many flowers in bloom. It seems that I have come to the kingdom of flowers. Coming to the middle of the bridge, I thought I had never seen such a huge river. Then, we stop our car at Bhanga Express Highway Faridpur. This place is just amazing. And we took a lot of beautiful photos.
