Before going to share with you it's step by step process of cooking Mutton Korma, Let me tell you it's Traditional aspect to love it among family and friends at spacial occasions.
In Pakistan, Mutton Korma is a traditional dish which is used to cook in Pakistan Country and love to eat on very specific events , such as gatherings, celebration of achievements , International event's and family functions. The specialty of Mutton Korma is it's combination of juicy slices of mutton cooked in a fragrant sauce. It is a popular specialty in Pakistani cuisine due to its unique flavors and textures.
I have used main herbs chopped tomatoes, Onions, Crushed Garlic and ginger paste and green chilli. In condiments, I have added simple spices salt, red chili, turmeric powder and coriander seeds for developing taste in Mutton Korma .
I have added Chopped pieces of Mutton 1 kg , 3 glass of water, salt 1 tsp , red chili 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1/2, tsp and chopped onion . We keep on the moderate flame for st least one hour to deep cook. Carefully we will check the weight of pressure cooker and keep on eye at fixed timing.
After passing 1 hour , The air pressure is coming out from pressure cooker, Water inside is fully absorbed in meat to cook it well. Then we will open pressure cooker, Add in 1and half table spoon Cooking Oil, Ginger Paste , Tomato Paste and green chilli. We will fried them in low flame for 10 minutes.
After then we will add in Yogurt for creamy taste. We will keep on low flame for more 5 minutes. Before pressing it , we will sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and green chilli for astonishing look and mouth watering taste.
