Team means we work with other people with a number starting from 2 (two) people or up to more people involved in accordance with predetermined provisions. Compact and solid teamwork will be able to complete various tasks according to the targets to be achieved, of course, will realize the success that is dreamed of together. Teamwork with the strengths of its members that are different but complement each other is the strongest force. A simple description of Team work is like a broomstick, if there is only one stick then it is easy to break and that one stick cannot be used for anything. However, if the sticks are collected in large quantities and tied tightly into broom sticks, they become sturdy and very difficult to break. Stick broom can be useful and used to sweep the yard. This is how Team Work, even though they are different, can work well together in a team and whatever their tasks can be easily completed.

- My first Work Team was while on duty in the Simeulue district at that time there were two colleagues who became partners in the field. We can work together with mutual respect and respect and we even give each other motivation to increase the enthusiasm of my work team
- Team work while on duty in Peukanbada sub-district, Aceh Besar district, here the number of our team members is 8 people. I really enjoyed working with them until now I can still imagine the beautiful memories of our team
- Team work when I was a district facilitator in Pidie Jaya with a team of 5 people, here our work team is solid
- I moved to work again and joined the work team in Aceh Tamiang district with a total of 6 people and we can work together
- There was a relocation work again and I joined the Aceh Besar district work team, which numbered 5 people and we were able to work together in a solid compact
