Assalamualaikum, everyone! Wishing everyone a good day & my best wishes to all. The reason I'm here today is to participate inπŸ“£ β€œ Contest: Winter Pitha Making Challenge” organised by Sir @enamul17. I’m really thankful to the Steem for Bangladesh community & Sir @enamul17 for arranging such an amazing contest. These types of contests help us to participate in new challenges. We Bengalis love Pitha a lot. It is our traditional food. On every occasion in Bengali, we can see this Pitha. There are so many Pithas among this one of the finest, and my favourite Pitha is "Patishaptha Pitha". Today, I am going to share how I make this Pitha. I hope everyone will love this.

In the beginning, I collected all the ingredients that I needed for making this pitha.

πŸŒ• Step - 1 πŸŒ•

First, in a clean bowl, I kept the rice powder, flour, milk powder & a pinch of salt together. Then I mix it well. After that, I added some liquid milk to it & mixed it well.

I was careful about the consistency of the mix, not making it too thick or too thin. This consistency should be like this. Then I keep it aside.

πŸŒ• Step - 2 πŸŒ•

Then, in a non-stick pan, I drop some ghee and boil it. In this, I add some rice powder and continuously stir to have the rice powder colour transform into brown.

πŸŒ• Step - 3 πŸŒ•

When the colour came as required then I added 1 cup some milk there. Then I add some cardamom to this & keep stirring.

After that, I added liquid jaggery into this. After this I took it down from the stove. In our native lagguage we called it pur. Then I shape this pur in this way and keep it aside.

πŸŒ• Step - 4 πŸŒ•

Here in a pan I drop some ghee and brush it in this way. Then I drop the liquid rice power in this and move it around.

After that waited a little bit when I saw the bubbles on the top layer.

After a few minutes, I took it down and served it in front of my family. Everyone loves this a lot.
