Hello friends, hello @steemcurator01 and the whole platform team!
With this post, I ask you to relieve me of my responsibilities of the Country Representative (Ukraine) on Steemit.
For several months I've been trying my best to find time to curate and write posts, both from my own account and from @steem-bru, to launch new initiatives. But for now, I’ve failed. Due to lack of time (full workload + my own creative projects), I have either night time (which causes sleep deprivation and health problems) or the time of my lunch breaks (which also negatively affects me) to administer participants on the platform.
It's no secret that I haven't commented on the participants' posts for a long time, because I don't read them. I simply can't find time for this. And it should not be so!
But it's not the main reason. I am diagnosed with anxiety disorder and clinical depression. I take medication and also consult a doctor. The only right way for me is to limit the mental work, reduce the time spent online, and rest more.
No, I'm not going to leave Steemit, power down, and withdraw my savings. I take time out for a couple of months. I mean, I plan to write 1-2 posts a week, to put upvotes — as an author. But I can't be responsible for curation, administering, creating content and other important things. More precisely: I'm not able.
I can no longer stand any daily alarm clocks that notify me about curation (2-3 alarm clocks per day), endless telegrams-chats (1000 unread notifications every day!) or another overwhelming responsibilities...
Sorry, my limit has expired. I have to restore my mental health.
Dear @steemcurator01, there’s one member of our community who is a great fit for my place. This is @alexmove. I recommend him to be appointed the Country Representative of Ukraine on Steemit.
@alexmove was already a CR and was diligent in his duties. The reason for his removal — let's face it — is a bit frivolous, and I don't think it's enough to keep a person from getting this position again.
But whoever you choose instead of me, the keys from @steem-bru account won’t be given to a new representative unless @olesia, @knopka145, & @filinpaul approve it. If they can administer a community by themselves, then let it be.
I understand that after this post I will be deprived of 5,000 delegated SP. And I agree with that.
I do not plan to take my delegation back from the @steem-bru community curation account.

Цим постом я прошу зняти з мене обов’язки Представниці країни (Україна) на Steemit.
Вже кілька місяців я з усіх сил намагаюся знаходити час на курування та написання постів — як із власного акаунту, так і зі @steem-bru. Проте, чим далі, тим більше проблем у мене із цим. Через брак часу (повну завантаженість на роботі + власні творчі проєкти) на адміністрування учасників на платформі в мене є або нічний час (що викликає недосип та проблеми зі здоров’ям), або час моїх обідніх перерв (що також негативно на мене впливає).
Не секрет, що я давно не коментую пости учасників, бо я їх не читаю. А так не має бути!
Зараз у мене діагностовано тривожний розлад і клінічну депресію. Я приймаю медичні препарати, а також консультуюся з лікарем. Єдиним правильним шляхом для мене є обмеження розумового навантаження, скорочення часу перебування онлайн, більше відпочинку.
Ні, я не збираюся покидати Steemit і виводити всі свої накопичення. Я беру тайм-аут на пару місяців. І надалі писатиму по 1-2 пости в тиждень, ставитиму upvotes. Як проста авторка. Я не хочу відповідати за курування, адміністрування, створення контенту і решту відповідальних речей. Точніше: я не можу.
Я більше не витримаю ніяких щоденних будильників, які сповіщають про курування (по 2-3 будильника на добу залежно від дня тижня), безкінечних телеграм-чатів (коли не гляну — у чаті по 1000 непрочитаних сповіщень!) чи тягаря подачі заявок (ще 9 разів!).
Вибачте, ліміт моїх можливостей закінчився… Я мушу відновити свій моральний стан.
Шановний @steemcurator01, є один учасник нашої спільноти, який чудово підходить на моє місце. Це @alexmove. Його я і рекомендую призначити Представником України на Steemit.
@alexmove вже був Представником, і старанно виконував свої обов’язки. Причина його зняття, погодьмося, дещо несерйозна, і я не вважаю її достатньою, щоб знову не дати людині шанс на посаду.
Але кого б ви не обрали замість мене, передача ключів від @steem-bru новому представнику відбудеться тільки з погодження @olesia, @knopka145, @filinpaul. Якщо вони можуть адмініструвати спільноту втрьох, тоді нехай так і буде.
Розумію, що після цього поста у мене заберуть 5000 делегованої SP. І погоджуюся з цим.
Свою делегацію з акаунта-куратора спільноти @steem-bru я забирати поки не планую.
