What a joy it is to think back to childhood. I wish I could go back to that childhood. How much better it would have been if we had played all kinds of games in childhood. There is no more time now. . We will never forget those memories of our childhood. We played a lot of different games in our childhood. Everyone liked one kind of game, especially I liked to fly a kite.

Goody in kite or regional language is a popular sport not only in our country but all over the world. A variety of kites are found in Southeast Asian countries, including China and Japan. It still tops the list as a fun game. In the countryside it is called goodie game. When the farmers retire after planting paddy and jute in the month of Baishakh-Jyastha, the smoke of kite flying falls. Red-blue, white-black, green-yellow, purple paper kites then fill the sky. How beautiful that view is in the vast sky cannot be described in words. Men and women, boys and old people all look at the sky with joy and enjoy this scene.

Sometimes kite is flown with colored manja yarn, sometimes with colorless yarn. Egg yolks, boiled sabu, rice fan, arrowroot (used to make cloth starch), gabsiddha, tamarind-beech boiled, sand etc. are mixed with fine glass powder into thin, thin and thick yarn The cut is an interesting aspect of this goodie game. And for this purpose the owners of the kite grind the glass finely, mix it with glue and put it on the thread. The one who has more yarn has cut the kite's thread by playing punch with other's goodies all the time. These spinning kites float in the air for four or five miles. And to catch that yarn-cut kite, young and old run from mile to mile. Needless to say, the one who can catch such a kite is his. It is not possible to rescue all the spinning kites. Some kites fall into the water of the beel and get damaged, some get tied to the tops of trees or poles and break. But there is no end to the efforts of children and teenagers to rescue such kites.

It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. Many believe that the first kite game was introduced in China. In Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and the cities of Hammams, the national holiday is celebrated on the first day of the game. In our country, the game has not gone up yet, but kites are flown at a lower rate than before.

Like other countries, various types of kites can be seen in Bangladesh. Their shape and technique are completely different from each other. Which has a tail, which is without a tail. The most common kites in our country are Chong Goody, Patina Goody, Nenta Goody, Shakuni Goody, Feichka Goody, Snake Goody, Dol Goody, Dol Goody, Manush Goody etc.
