Plagiarism is an act that is prohibited in a content, be it writing or something used by someone to publish information, ideas or ideas that accompany images and videos or in the form of writing without including the original source of the content owner so as to claim by assuming that the content is his.

Every content posted for publication requires having the identity of the original source of the publisher, considering that each source of the document is a very important piece of information to know and disclose where the source of the content came from, and this allows us to be able to ask permission to the original owner.

All platforms prohibit plagiarism because it is considered an act of theft of other people's ideas and ideas, plagiarism is also illegal and very irrelevant even if we are caught plagiarizing the work of others, the content owner can report us to the legal parties for processing by the rule of law of the country, Steemit Platform does not tolerate plagiarism by anyone and this has been explained in the rules set by team steemit.com p There's an FAQ. Therefore, each user is required to complete the Task of Achievement 3 in order to understand about plagiarism rules.

I try to understand some types of plagiarism, among others;

  • Complete plagiarism, this type of plagiarism is when someone creates content by plagiarizing the entire content of others and then admits that he or she created or authored the document.

  • Plagiarism Source, this action is done by someone by including the source of the writing, but the source attached is changed, so that when we open the sember can not be found, and people will assume the content posted is not on the list list.

  • Direct plagiarism, this kind of plagiarism is very often done by novice writers, namely by making copies of quotes from other people's writings but not using quotation marks from the original author.

Source Quote

To create a writing that tells about the writings of others we need to mention the source of the writing we take to show where the place or site of the information is taken, by giving the word kuti and source, such as the following example Picture..

The Merriam Webster dictionary defines the act of plagiarism as; “to steal and pass off ideas or words of another as one’s own”. Simply put, plagiarism is the process of taking other people’s words and/or ideas and pretending that they are your own. An alternative definition of plagiarism is forwarded by the Collins Dictionary which explains that plagiarism is the practice of using someone else’s work and pretending that it is your own. Plagiarism can also be defined as the act of deliberately trying to deceive your academic tutor by submitting content which is not your own work.Source

Conclusion

Try every post that we post on steemit is our original content because it will make our identity in positive value by others, people will assume that we are one of the users who have value and ethics in creating content and in the end, there will be many people who like us.
