After conducting a detailed survey on steemyy.com I can answer the following questions with pictorial illustrations.
What is Effective Steem Power? Tools- Steem Account Information
Using the tool Steem Account Information, the witness tool is applied using steem-js. It functions on most modern search tools.

How do you delegate SP using "Steem SP Delegation Tool"?
It's simple. All it needs is to enter your active key, delegatee's account name and amount of steem power.
You can choose to put the delegator's name but it's totally optional.

How do you check the Transfer History between any two Steem accounts using "Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer"?
This tool is used to search for transfers that must have occurred long time ago. It scans the user's entire account history for particular transfer records (with a few search filters).
How do you automate claiming STEEM or SBD without having to click claim button each time, using "Steem Auto Claim Rewards"?
This steemit tool allows me to claim rewards in the browser. The private posting key is required and it will neither be stored in my browser nor uploaded. This page can be left open and let the tool claim my balances to my steem account.
How do you check the outgoing votes report for any specified period using "Steem Outgoing Votes Report"?
This is an important and a feature of Steemyy. It allows me to specify a date range (two dates) and group and count the authors that benefit from a given Steem User.
The voting report allows me to identify a list of authors that may be likely get more upvotes from the given Steemian. The API is handy and can be used on fair-use policy.
So far I have the highest outgoing report for the period of three months.
How do you check the incoming votes report for any specified period using "Steem Incoming Votes Report"?
This tool allows me to specify a date range (two dates) and group and count the voters that vote for you the most.
The incoming voting report allows you to identify a list of Most-Valuable-Players. The API is handy and can be used on fair-use policy.
Focusnow has given me the highest incoming votes so far within 3 months of operation at 65% on the chart.
How do you check who has delegated SP to your Steem account or any Steem account using "Steem Power Delegator Checker"?
This is a handy web utility that allows me to get the list of delegators that delegated SP to me. For example, project hope has been my only delegator.
