I'm Vimukkthi Vithanage .. I was a steemit user for some time and I just used it as a blog. But I'm very new to steemit as a community development platfrom. So I thought to start from the beginning 😜 . So this post is going to be my introduction post to the steemit 😍.

I'm from the beautiful #SriLanka , a beautiful island in Indian Ocean. And My home town is Galle. Sri Lanka is a peaceful Buddhist country and number one ranked tourist destination in this planets according to various surveys.
I was lucky to spend my childhood with golden beaches in galle with lot of friends.. Galle is my home town. All my childhood memories are with golden beaches , green jungles , paddy fields and galle fort.
I'm a Electrical Engineer in profession and educated from University of Moratuwa , Sri Lanka. Did my masters related to renewable energies. University life is the most wonderful period of my life and I was able to get lifetime friends from all over the country.
okey that's me.. Wanna add little bit about my hobbies .. I love to travel .. Have traveled all over sri lanka and have traveled in few European countries.. Most of the time I travel with my university friends and school friends..
I like to make new friends all over the world. I think steemit is the best platfrom for that.. We do not have a large steemit community for Sri Lanka.
