Achievement 6 Task by @cryptocheta : Understanding Curation and Community

I have deleted the content of this post because steemcurator01 has started downvoting all my post.
For if there is evidence of plagiarism on a particular post, why do you need to downvoted others without plagiarism? Lol I guess its too much steem power lollllll

Hi Friends! I have enjoyed this achievement 6 task all the way. Thanks to @cryptokannon for your post "Understanding The Steem Tools" it an eye-opener, and also thanks to @justyy for the developments and this guide.

Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

The Curation is a reward mainly for voting. Curation is earned when you upvote good content. All post pays out after seven days and This payout is being distributed among the author and also the curators. The author earns 50% of the amount on the post while curators are those who voted the post ( or upvote) the extra 50% are distributed amongst them. Voting a post at steemit is as easy as liking the post on social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. You can Upvote at the bottom of each post, and the Green Arrow is for Upvote, while the Red arrow is for Downvote, you should use your votes wisely.

What happened if you vote for a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

When we upvote or vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting, we will lose part of our curation reward, and also the part which is lost will go to the reward pool. See below a tabular description of the curation reward percentage (%) and also the time.

HTML Table

Time Curators reward Reward to the pool
After 1 minute 20% 80%
After 2 minutes 40% 60%
After 3 minutes 60% 40%
After 4 minutes 80% 20%
After 5 minutes 100% 0%

There are two types of votes which are upvote, and downvote. If you cherish a post/content, you acknowledge the content by upvoting it. If you also have more SP (which is Steem Power), your vote will have a big influence on the rewards than a user with a smaller SP. It also depends on the voting mana which you hold. It is originally set to 100%. And for every 100% vote, your cast will use 2%.

A post can be downvoted for some reason, most times if a post is abusive or the post does not follow set guidelines. It is up to us if you want to follow this protocol. Additionally, users may leave a comment describing why they downvoted, however sometimes they might not.

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

Before going through this achievement post I had none, but since witnesses are normally selected by the steem communities to create blocks for the steemit blockchain. I will vote for @steemchiller and one of the reasons is because he made @steemworld.org, and also thinking about @justyy who also made @steemyy.com. These wonderful tools have been of great help in steemit.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

I have joined some groups already like @steemalive because it is a community located where I stay present. I am also in a community called @project-hope which is a community that is helping people from Venezuela. I also like writing about cryptocurrency, so I follow communities that talk about cryptocurrency.
