A HINT OF MY STATE; ABIA STATE IN NIGERIA
I hail from Abia State, the first in the alphabetical calendar of Nigeria. Little did I Know about my state untill I gave my self to relentless research on it existence and imanation.

The state of Abia was a contingency of the Eastern heart land (Imo), and was fully
and formally recognized as a state on August 27th 1991, under the military regime of Ibrahim Babangida as the head of state. And it was first governed by Frank Ajobena,with it's capital in Umuahia.
It has a total area of 6,320 km² which is approximately, 2,440 sq mi. It has a total but probable population of 4,112,230, covering a density of 650/km², with it's languages as Igbo and English precisely. Hence, It also accommodates one of the largest industrial market in Nigeria situated at Aba, the Enyimba city.
The state is currently an oil producing state, in the meantime it produces about 36,000 barrels of crude oil per day with some other 50 marginal unexplored fields due to lack of adequate funding and infrastructure, and the crude oil extract accounts for 39% of the states GDP, while the manufacturing sector accounts just for 2% of the states GDP

Umurie
Imoturu
Izagu
Isimili
Finally the state is currently headed by Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, with his deputy as Sir Ude Okochukwu.
The state has a slogan, possibly a nickname as
God's own state
And this name has been maintained for 29yrs. Notwithstanding it comprises of 17 Local Governments which I randomized thus:

Finally the state is highly religious, cultural addicted and peaceful, probably amongst all states in Nigeria.
