Am glad to tender my final achievement in the system to the perusal of all critics involved in proper analysis of my capacity of association in the system, as mentored by @cryptokannon.
Hence the requirement of this achievement is an overhaul inditement to steemians in detailing and explaining their understanding of curation and voting, witness and communities in the steem ecosystem.
To do this as a steemian, you need a rooted knowledge of the steemworld.org for a better efficiency, which is your achievement5 Task1.
CURATION: this could be seen as a means where by a steemian vest some powers on an authors posts or comments, which are in turn shared with you and all other curators based on your power of delegation on the said curated post or comment, which I see as a weak or minute reward system based on the steemian curating the post.
On the contrary we have bigger curating mechanisms in the system where delegators majorly curate posts and comments using accounts of say : @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02, @ssteemcurator03,etc. Which I see as a strong curation in the system.
Example of my past curation reward
VOTING: This could be identified as a modus operandi where different author's posts and comments are powered in a system called up vote or down vote.
Hence, the upvote system increases an author's post or comment reward while a down vote decreases or reduces it. This is a strong reward system.
Besides there are votes that doesn't count in the system, or on the other hand, that doesn't increase the reward of an authors post or comment.
These are votes of people with just less than 500SP, and also people that adjusted their voting strength to least expection or at very minimal percentage using the adjustable slider.
For instance, a better adjustment of your voting percentage upto 50-100% can give a good increase in an authors Post or comment. Precisely mine is adjusted at 100%
WITNESS: these are different developers and great inventors in the steem ecosystem which has contributed immensely to the sustainability of the system. Most of them are: @justyy, @steemchiller, etc. You can view it below where i voted for @justyy
COMMUNITIES These are different sections in the steem ecosystem with their peculiar and distinguished attributes where steemiams streamline their different posts unrestrictedly, so far the post is related to the mandate of that community in question.
Nevertheless, am a member of @steemalive and i really love posting there, besides the community is really growing apacely due to the maintainance of the 3R mandate.

Finally, as a member of the steem ecosystem, I have learnt to vote, curate, vote on witness and also to create communities as partaining to the demand of this achievement task.
