Hello There,
Welcome to my 3rd post, hope you all are doing well!
Today I am writing on Achievement 3: Content Etiquette.
Achievement 3: Content Etiquette is basically all about Plagiarism.
- What is Plagiarism?
In simple words, Plagiarism is using someone else works and presenting them as their own.
By the definition, Plagiarism is presenting someone else's work as your own. It can include copying and pasting text from a website into a project you're working on, or taking an idea from a book without including a citation to give credit to the book's author. Plagiarism is common, and the Internet has made it even more common. However, if you are careful to cite your sources it's not too difficult to avoid plagiarism.

Tips for avoiding plagiarism:
Even if we do not want to plagiarize, We may do it without realizing it. It is important to understand that it will still plagiarism, even if it is accidental. Below are few basic tips to minimize the risk of accidentally plagiarize:
If we use a source, we have to cite it: We have to cite our sources. If we do not cite our sources, it will be presented as our own. Citing our sources gives credit to the authors, and our audience will also get the source if they want to learn more.
Use of quotation marks: It is necessary to use the source's exact words sometimes for that we have to use quotation marks.
Do not just change the words: Many of us may change a few words and put them in a different order. To properly use the author's idea, we should always rewrite them in our own words and still cite the source.
Redefine the information: If we develop a unique point or perspective to redefine the information available from our source and present that in a whole new way.
I found this information very informative and easy to understand. In the end, we always have to try our best and be creative in whatever we are trying to do, and make sure we follow the content etiquette.
I have read and understood the Steemit Etiquette on Steemit Community and will do my best to embrace them
Thank you for reviewing my post. See you all in my next post.
