Greetings to all the members of this important community, a pleasure to be able from this publication to raise a project that comes to complement the work that you do well here.
As the first project within the functions as representatives of Steem, in this case, @franyeligonzalez and I, we want to bring the project "Steemit Mentors ".
The basis that led us to think of this as an alternative is the fact that we know very well that everything starting on the platform can be complex, and that it is much easier if it is assumed with a guide or "mentor ".
Regardless of the fact that there is a lot of content in the form of tutorials to, for example, learn how to edit post, use tags, use images, copyright, clubs (5050, 75, 100), cite sources, among many other things, it is usually a lot to digest and too much to read, which can facilitate the process if it is given in an individualized way.
For this reason, this project arises with the idea of supporting the New Comers in those first days or weeks on the platform, which we know that due to lack of knowledge there is a tendency to make mistakes.
The idea is to select a new user and support them individually to clarify all the doubts that arise along the way regarding their development on the platform.
And it should be noted that it would not only support or guide new users but any user within the platform that requires our guidance.The intention is that you feel accompanied and can feel safer in Steemit knowing what to do and what not to do, to avoid problems in the future with things you should not do.
What do we offer?
- We will contact the users that we consider deserve personalized support, and we will accompany them for a period of time that can be from one week to one month, with the intention of guiding them individually in their process.
- We will give you the tools to improve your publications.
- We will help you to understand the platform, from the use of tags, clubs (5050, 75 and 100), proper placement of sources, use of tools such as SteemWorld, SteemPro, so that they know what voting power is and how to make proper use of it.
- Anyone who wants to receive guidance can leave a comment with your discord and/or telegram in this publication and we will be contacting you.
- In order to guarantee a good personalized attention to the users, and to have the possibility to give the necessary time to each one, we would be attending each one of us a maximum of two users per month.
All this considering that we have other activities inside and outside the platform that also require time. And the idea is to be able to give quality time to each user we commit to.
Therefore, we also encourage users with experience in the platform to personally advise those who require it to facilitate the process of adaptation and thus, reducing the learning curve, they can stay in Steemit indefinitely.
There are many of us who have been on Steemit for years, so we have accumulated enough knowledge and experience to be able to help others, something that is of utmost importance...

Un saludo para todos los miembros de esta importante comunidad, un placer poder a partir de esta publicación plantear un proyecto que viene a complementar el trabajo que bien aquí hacen.
Como primer proyecto dentro de las funciones como representantes de Steem, en este caso, @franyeligonzalez y yo, queremos traer el proyecto "Steemit Mentors".
Las bases que llevaron a pensar en esto como alternativa es el hecho de que sabemos muy bien que todo inicio en la plataforma puede ser complejo, y que es mucho más fácil si se asume con una guía o "mentor".
Independientemente de que existe mucho contenido en forma de tutoriales para, por ejemplo, aprender a editar post, uso etiquetas, uso de imagenes, derecho de autor, clubes (5050, 75, 100), citar fuentes, entre muchas cosas más suele ser mucho para digerir y demasiado por leer, lo cual puede facilitarse el proceso si se da de manera individualizada.
Por esta razón, este proyecto surge con la idea de apoyar a los New Comers en esos primeros días o semanas en la plataforma, que bien sabemos que por desconocimiento se tiende a cometer errores.
La idea es seleccionar a un nuevo usuario y apoyarlo de manera individualizada para aclarar todas las dudas que le surjan en el camino en cuanto a su desarrollo en la plataforma.
Y cabe destacar que no solo sería apoyar o guiar a nuevos usuarios sino a cualquier usuario dentro de la plataforma que requiera nuestra orientación. La intención es que se sienta acompañado y que pueda sentirse más seguro en Steemit sabiendo que es lo que debe hacer y que no, para evitarle problemas a futuro con cosas que no debería hacer.
¿Que ofrecemos?
- Contactaremos a los usuarios que consideramos ameritan el apoyo personalizado, al cual acompañaremos durante un tiempo que puede ser de una semana hasta un mes, con la intención de orientarles individualmente en su proceso.
- Le daremos las herramientas para mejorar sus publicaciones.
- Le ayudaremos a entender la plataforma, a partir del uso de etiquetas, clubes (5050, 75 y 100), colocación adecuada de fuentes, uso de herramientas como SteemWorld, SteemPro, para que sepan en que consiste el voting power y como hacer uso adecuado de este.
- Cualquier persona que quiera recibir orientación puede dejar un comentario con su discord y/o telegram en esta publicación y los estaremos contactando.
- Para poder garantizar una buena atención personalizada a los usuarios, y tener la posibilidad de darle el tiempo necesario a cada uno, estaríamos atendiendo cada uno de nosotros máximo dos usuarios por mes.
Todo esto considerando que tenemos otras actividades dentro y fuera de la plataforma que también requieren tiempo. Y la idea es poder dar tiempo de calidad a cada usuario con el que nos comprometamos.
Para ello, también instamos a que usuarios de experiencia en la plataforma puedan de manera personal asesorar a quienes lo requieran para facilitar el proceso de adaptación y que así, disminuyendo la curva se aprendizaje, puedan permanecer en Steemit por tiempo indefinido.
Somos muchos los que tenemos años en Steemit, por lo tanto, hemos acumulado conocimiento y experiencia como para poder ayudar a otros, algo que es de suma importancia...
