Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?
I understood voting and curation on steemit posts. We can upvote a post or a comment so that curation rewards will be received for that in a certain percentage. We should upvote the quality posts in communities.
If we have more steem power then we can give a good vote and in return we receive a good curation reward too.
We also can change the percentage of voting using the slider. The slider appears once we reach 500 SP in our account. More steem power is always a strong steemian.
Curation rewards change according to the time of posting an article on steemit and the time of curating it. 50% of the curation reward will be getting for the curator from that particular post and it depends whether how much percentage goes to the reward pool and the curator.
What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?
Curators receive a certain percentage of the curation rewards they give a post and it changes with the voting time. Out of 50% of the reward pool the curator receives there is a certain amount that goes for the reward pool and the curator. The percentages are as follows.
If a post is upvoted the moment of posting, 100% of the curation reward will remain in the rewards pool.
At 1 minute, the curator receives 20%, and 80% remains in the rewards pool.
At 2 minutes, the curator receives 40%, and 60% remains in the rewards pool.
At 3 minutes, the curator receives 60%, and 40% remains in the rewards pool.
At 4 minutes, the curator receives 80%, and 20% remains in the rewards pool.
If a post is upvoted 5 minutes (or later) after posting, 100% of the curation reward goes to the curator.
This means if a post is voted after 5minutes of posting then the full curation reward goes to the curator which is good for the curator.
Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?
I will always vote for @steemchiller and @steem.history as steem witnesses. The main reason is that they have delegated me a big amount of Steem power once I won from #spud4steem April 2022. I feel they help steemians and work hard for the betterment of the steemit platform so I will always vote for them.

I have delegated for a community and I' m hoping to increase my Steem power and delegate more for the communities and help them become more stronger to help eachother a community and as a platform too.
