Achievement 5 Task 4 by @ngoenyi : Review Steemdb.io

INTRODUCTION

Greetings to you all. It is another achievement from me again @ngoenyi. It has nit been easy trying to understand the steem tools. But i am glad that despite all the difficulties, i have been able to understand them to the best of my abilities even though there is no end to learning. Having concluded my achievement 5 task 1 to task 3 , it is my good pleasure to post the next achievement, which is the review of steemDB.io, achievement 5 task 4. I never thought i could come thus far within this shortest time, but lo and behold, i am here already. Please follow as i do the review.

THE REVIEW

steemDB.io is the last of the tools that new commers are to review. It is a blockchain browser that is maintained by steemit. It was developed by @ray.wu. it is very simple and well designed. Users will really enjoy its interface with its many functions. I was able to login to the steemDB.io site and i saw its features which include the blockchain explorer, SteemDB Accounts, SteemDB Post, SteemDB Witnesses, and SteemDB Labs.

BLOCKCHAIN EXPLORER

The first thing i saw was the Block explorer and database for the STEEM blockchain. It is a trading interface and as you can see from the first image above, steem is paired with bitcoin in a 2h candle time frame. As you can see there as at when the screenshot was taken, steem is buying. The green candle is a buy candle while the red candle is a sale candle. What it means is that steem is gaining more than its pair, bitcoin. You will also notice the volume. It will be updated as it changes constantly. From here you can easily get steem and bitcoin updates. And you will also find 30-Day MVest Distribution and Metrics. There you will see Distribution of stakeholders by the blockchain through various channels over 30 days and Witness Parameters, global properties and statistics. And also see Witnesses, commnet, interest, curation, percent of authors.

THE STEEMDB ACCOUNTS

From the Accounts page you will get all the account information. The total number of posts an account made , how many followers an account has,and so on. You see also the reputation of each account and the time the account was last updated.

SteemDB Post

The steemdbpost is another amazing option that users can explore. When clich on it on the steemDB.io site, you will see which posts are in the top ranking, which post have got more votes, Which post was made on which date and time and so many other features. Feel free to explore it and gain more user experience like me.

SteemDB Witnesses

The next feature on the steemDB.io site is the Witnesses and their ranking accordingto the valuesthey have added to the steemit platform. Here you will see all your Active Witnesses. You will also see their approved status, the version of their URL, the vosts they have gotten and And you will see all kinds of history and misses of witness and so many more.

SteemDB Labs

SteemDB Labs is the experimental projects and testing grounds for various concepts. You will find full details of all types of Active Experiments which is the list of the current experimental pages that really don't have a home on the site yet, under which you will see Pending Payout Review, Author Reward Leaderboard, Curation Reward Leaderboard, rshare allocation by voter, and a host of others. When you move down, you will see the API Endpointsthat contains currency supply, global props history which is a snapshot of the global properties of the blockchain every 6 hours, percentage vesting which is the percentage of steem as vests,
voter rshares which is the reward shares allocated by voter, per day and othe Important information.
