Hi everybody. How are you all doing? I hope all are well by God's grace. I'm being @razuahmed . I already posted my introductory post to this community of Steem Greet.
This is my Achievement 2 post. Since I am new here in steemit, I know a little thing about steemit. But I tried to learn more and more. When I signed up I got a master password from steemit. And they said I have to store it carefully. If I lost it I will lose access to my account. Then I stored it very carefully. But When I tried to log in steemit.com it says-
Then I open steemitwallet and then I log in my account with user name and my master password then I open Keys & permissions page. Then I learn about all keys there.
I read each line carefully to understand everything. I got posting key from there and then I can log in to my steemit blog account easily.
Posting Key
I know about posting key much from the keys & permission section. WIth posting key I can do-
- Publish a post or comment
- Edit a post or comment
- Upvote or downvote
- Resteem content
- Follow people
- Mute accounts
with this posting key I cant do transaction. Its for account security. I love it. Steemit is so careful about our security. Thanks to steemit team.
Active Key
Mainly active key is using for the transaction. If I want to send steem/sbd or powerup or buy-sell in exchange and many things, I need this active key.
when I tried to send steem to my friend's wallet then I need actve key for the transaction.
Owner Key
The owner key is using for reset owner, active, posting key. Also, I can recover my account with the help of this key.
Memo Key
This memo key is using for sending encrypted messages also to veiw encrypted messages I need this memo key. For example, I sent steem to my friend @sourovafrin with an encrypted message.
without log in, I can't see the encrypted message. But When I log in with memo key. I can see the message.
So after log in with memo key I can see the message now.
