I am glad to make my Achievement 5(2)post. The article on Review of Steemscan written by @yohan2on is of great help for understanding Achievement 5 task 2.The Steemscan was developed by the duo of @futureshock and @roadofrich

DEFINITION OF STEEMSCAN

Steemscan is an exchange tool for changing steem into other crypto currency forms and it's built into the block chain.For now,it could be in USDT,BTC or TRX.

PROCEDURE

I visited steemscan.com and it took me to the home interface as shown.It has a search bar where you can locate:
•Accounts
•Transactions
•Witness or
•Blocks

Once you click at the Steem/USD at the top right corner of the home screen,you will switch to any currency.

To exchange steem to the forms of crypto,click on MENU and click on QUICK CONVERT.

You can enter the amount of Steem you want to exchange with any of USDT,BTC or TRX.

Afterwards you specify the wallet for receiving the preferred crypto currency.Then create the order.Enter your active key in the pop up to confirm the order.
There is always a standard fee of approximately $1 for both bulk it small transactions.

It is always advisable to convert to TRX for small steem transactions.

WITNESS

The voting of the WITNESS has been made easier with the feature on the homepage.Click the WITNESS feature.When the list pops up,you vote.

This showcases various Dapps that can be quickly accessed and utilised by users.Examples are :DTube,TravelFeed,SteemHunt.
