INTRODUCTION
Hello Athenians, I am back with my achievement 5 task 2 entry. In the achievement 5, we were asked to review some basic tools made available in the steem blockchain. So today, I am reviewing Steemscan. In case you missed the steemscan review by @yohan2on, you can visit it.
STEEMSCAN
Steemscan is a steem exchange tool, built on the steem blockchain developed by @futureshock and @roadofrich. It is basically used in converting steem into other crypto currencies like TRX, USDT and BTC.
HOW TO USE STEEMSCAN EXCHANGE

- Go to quick convert.
- Enter the steem amount you want to exchange.
- Choose your desired currency.
- Enter the withdrawal address to send your converted crypto.
- Click on order.
- Confirm transaction via your active key.
Congratulations, you have successfully converted your steam to your desired currency.
OTHER USES OF STEEMSCAN
VOTE FOR WITNESS
You can easily vote for witnesses on steemscan interface. Click on witness, then you will see a long list of various witnesses with their information, you can cast your vote on any of them.
LATEST TRANSACTIONS
Steemscan also enables you to see the latest transactions in steem blockchain. The transactions ranges from posts, comments, votes, reteem etc.
These among others are the various features you can find in steemscan.
