Q. What is Plagiarism?
Ans: As shown above image "creation and Plagiarism" are two different and opposite ways of doing the same thing

☝️. Creation is an idea that is being generated in someone's mind by going through a deep thought process, every idea is unique in its own ways

✌️. Plagiarism is the opposite ways of creation in Plagiarism the idea is been stolen by someone and presented as it was his own idea in front of the audience

Brief About Plagiarism :

This is the definition of content scraping. the most obvious case of plagiarism and copyright infringement. It means people will take entire articles and other content from someone else and republish them on their own website without asking for permission or giving attribution. Once your blog or web presence reaches a certain size, you will definitely have to deal with this. Reference

🚶Steps to avoiding plagiarism:

1️⃣ Take Your Time
👉Take your time plagiarism happens very often when you work out an article in a hurry, so it’s necessary to prepare enough time for your writing process. Enough time allows you to organize your thoughts, refer to sufficient information, and check your work.

2️⃣ Read More Than One Source
👉There is a great possibility of plagiarism when you compose your article with just one source, as it’s very likely that your thought is limited. To avoid such a case, you’d better read different sources, because, during the process of reading other works, you can get your own understanding and thoughts, which enables you to combine all the ideas and work out new ideas in your content. In this way, your work is not only original but also comprehensive and attractive.

3️⃣ Have Your Own Idea
👉 Besides other people’s ideas, you should have your own opinion in your post. Therefore, before you start to write, you should first get familiar with your topic by a variety of channels. What’s more, it’s essential to get a general cognition of what you’re going to express. In this way, it’s more possible for you to generate a post with your own words and ideas.

4️⃣ Paraphrase
👉 ParaphraseParaphrase is one of the most effective ways to prevent plagiarism in blog writing. When you set about searching sources, you may find information that greatly matches your topic. Instead of just plagiarizing their original text in your post, you can do paraphrase on the condition that you have understood the ideas and information. This requires you to rewrite and put it clearly in your own words. Note that, you should ensure that your article delivers an accurate message though in different descriptions.

5️⃣ Quote and Cite Properly
👉 Sometimes you can’t paraphrase the original sources, so you may need to quote and cite them. This will not be considered plagiarism though you use the same information. What calls for special attention is that you need to keep the words and ideas exactly the way they look originally when you quote and cite the sources. To be exact, you should follow the document formatting guidelines used by the educational institution and author’s name, the date of the publication, and other necessary information.

6️⃣ Manage Your Own Citations
👉 It’s a good habit to record the sources that you generate in your previous paper. You can take advantage of software such as Reference Manager to help with this. When you accumulate enough materials, you are able to cite them as references to support your idea, making your post more informative and readable.

7️⃣ Screenshot Form and Codes
👉 Screenshot Form and Codes When you need to adopt information in a form or code of a program, you can screenshot and upload them in an image format on your blog. This method can help you avoid plagiarism effectively because search engines cannot read images. However, you shouldn’t use too many screenshots in your post, because they will affect your website ranking and slow down the loading speed of your website.

8️⃣ Use Plagiarism Checkers
👉Though you develop an article on your own, there is still a possibility that your content is similar to or the same with others’ works. To figure out if there are such cases, you can use some plagiarism checkers, such as Copyscape and Grammarly which is one of the best grammar checkers. If there is anything concerning plagiarism, make a modification of your article until it is all right. Reference
