I @zulkarnain have read in full about the Steemit policy on the @steemitblog account with the title “A Guide For New Comers” Thank you to @steemingcurators and @cryptokannon who have explained in great detail what newcomers should do on this platform. Honestly, I have registered Steemit since 2017, but only this month I understood what Steemit is and how to use this platform.

I made this post to fulfill my duty as a newcomer. Thank you to the newcomer guide Mr. @radjasalman who has explained in detail so that we are focused as newcomers. To make it easier for newcomers to understand Basic Security on Steem, I will write in the form of Questions and Answers.

1. Have you got all your keys on Steemit?

Before I answer this question, let me explain a little bit where the key is. We get this key when we first log in. It's in pdf form. See the following picture: There are Four keys: a. private posting key b. private memo key c. private active key d. private owner key And I've got all of it

2. Do you know each of the keys functions and limitations?

All keys were success used for logging in. After I tried the four keys provided by Steemit, and then after that, I logged out and entered with the password posting. The Posting key is the key to posting posts on Steemit. In the next question, I will explain in more detail.
a. The Private posting key. It is a password that functions to be able to post writings on Steemit, editing posts, vote on fellow Steemians, sharing posts whom we follow, and follow or end following.

b. The private memo key is used to write Memos when sending STEEM or STEEM DOLLAR.
c. The active private key is used to enter the Steemit wallet account that functions for claim rewards, transfers, power-ups, and others.
d. The private owner key serves to restore our hacked accounts. It functions to change the password, including the owner key password itself.

Of the four keys above, the private owner key is the king of the keys. You can learn in more detail here

3. How do you plan on storing your master key password?

After knowing the function of each key, I decided to keep it in two safe places. The private posting key and private memo key stored in online and offline files that only can be accessed by me.

4. Do you know how to transfer your STEEM to another user account?

I have sent two steems to my @user.danamu account to try to transfer STEEMS to other users. Here's how to transfer STEEM to another user. See the instructions in the image below:

5. Do you know how to power up/ down your STEEM?

Power Down and Power Up are not Difficult. I am committed to continuing to power up the results of each of my posts. I made a 50%: 50% conversion with the purpose I can buy STEEM DOLLARS in large quantities at once. See the following picture:

Fill in the number of STEEM, which you want to make as a power-up, then click Power Up, and done.

Power down is not much different from power-up. Follow this step!
