Here is our presentation about tumbler, I have designed a template to paste on tumbler. This is one of my designs for a STEEM for SDGs tumbler. This design was combined by incorporating material from the STEEM for SDGs logo and some path lines. I also added the words www.steemit.com and Better World which means that STEEM for SDGs is a movement to make the world a better place.
We have the initiative to brand tumbler products with the STEEM for SDGs logo, which means that if we want to produce them in large quantities, this allows us to cooperate with tumbler producers. As part of the movement's stakeholders, we must take action to campaign for a positive movement. Peace campaigns and positive movements started by reducing the use of plastic products.
Positive campaigns and positive movements must be spread to the people around us to create changes that have an impact on giving birth to positive vibes. A simple effort that we start by reducing the production of plastic waste. That's why we started to think about it and started by branding the Steem For SDGs tumbler.
Garbage has long been a problem in several countries, including Indonesia. Many wastes and categories require special treatment, such as B3 waste. Now the problem has also arisen, there are many food and beverage production stalls that pack ready-to-eat products using plastic wrappers. This actually results in the production of more plastic waste in our environment.
Production of ready-to-use food and beverages tends to use plastic packaging or bottles. Maybe they think the packaging is more practical and economical. However, on the other hand they even forget the negative impact on the environment. Again the problem is their lack of awareness and concern for the environment.
Basically, plastic waste is basically waste that has harmful effects if not disposed of wisely. Of course, if you adopt the 3R method, plastic waste has economic value, but more efforts are needed to educate correctly and quickly and change the direction of plastic recycling.
Irregular plastic waste is rampant everywhere, including in the oceans, destroying the ecosystem of various types of flora and fauna. Food chains have been shattered, especially plastic pollution, destroying plankton's status as the world's smallest organisms. Plastic waste processing requires the participation of many stakeholders, including the business world.
There are many ways to reduce bottle waste, but the use of a tumbler is one example of an effort to reduce the uncontrolled increase in plastic bottle waste. The use of tumblers indirectly helps reduce plastic waste, soil pollution and also the environment.
Actually, people are free to choose to use bottles or containers of bottled drinking water, that is their right. But if many of us are wise to reduce the use of plastic bottles, that would be great. Imagine if one person could save the planet, there would be several, even thousands, even millions of people, it might happen.
In order to participate in protecting the environment and natural preservation STEEM for SDGs is committed to distributing and facilitating drinking bottles (tumblers) to all teams and volunteers as a substitute for bottled mineral water. From now on, in each of our meetings or activities in the field, bottled mineral water is no longer provided in bottles.
